1. Legal Basis

This policy complies with Cyprus Consumer Protection Law 112(I)/2021 and applies to all digital goods sold via Play1Pay.

2. Refund Conditions

  • You may request a refund within 14 days if the product has not been activated or used.

  • Play1Pay reserves the right to issue a refund without explanation, with deduction of payment processing fees (typically 1.5%–5%).

  • No refunds will be granted if the product has already been activated or used.

3. How to Request

  • Email support@play1pay.com with your order number.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Play1Pay is not responsible for delays by banks or payment providers.

4. Exceptions

  • Products marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for returns.

  • No refund will be granted if product usage terms are violated.
