This policy complies with Cyprus Consumer Protection Law 112(I)/2021 and applies to all digital goods sold via Play1Pay.
2. Refund Conditions

You may request a refund within 14 days if the product has not been activated or used.

Play1Pay reserves the right to issue a refund without explanation, with deduction of payment processing fees (typically 1.5%–5%).

No refunds will be granted if the product has already been activated or used.
3. How to Request

Email support@play1pay.com with your order number.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Play1Pay is not responsible for delays by banks or payment providers.
4. Exceptions

Products marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for returns.

No refund will be granted if product usage terms are violated.
